For this Halacha shiur for Parshas Teruma entitled "Don't Move things around", we will learn about a derivation of the Yerushalmi from the Parsha of the Mishkan. The Yerushalmi establishes that a beam in the Mishkan that was set in the northern side cannot be relocated to a different side after the Mishkan was taken apart & re-assembled. Would this be relevant to Tzitzis, Succah, and the place of the ארון קודש?
