All of our desires and aveiros in our lives don't make the smallest scratch on a single mitzvah in this world. We are inclined to think about the bad and forget to think about the thousands of mitzvos and words of Torah & Tefillah that we do. Hashem looks at us with the biggest smile that we are still here trying to do his will and even when we fail, we get back up and keep trying.
