Description
For Yoreh Deah siman #91, par 7, our goal is to progress toward a definition of תתאי גבר as this principle applies when the עליון dives into the liquid below and essentially becomes the תחתון. Would 'klippa' be sufficient or do we require 'netila'? In this shiur we will analyze the laws of roasted meat that fell into milk. Was the meat hot or cold? Is there a difference? The Shach assumes that according to the Ramah in both cases, hot or cold, the law of 'klippa' applies. This is a Chumra in the case of cold roasted meat & a Kulah in the case of hot roasted meat. The Ramah accepts both.
