Description

As Bnei Yisroel left Egypt they were attacked by Amalek. This war was waged on two fronts. The physical war was led by Joshua and fought on the ground, and the spiritual war was waged by Moshe sitting on a rock on a hill with his arms raised and supported by Aharon and Chur on either side of him. Why do these three represent the spiritual forces that can defeat Amalek?
