In this Halacha shiur for Parshas Bo, we will study two essays in Harerei Kedem in the name of the Rav regarding a variety of Dinim pertaining to Tfillin shel Yad & Tfillin Shel Rosh. Our emphasis will be on the following issues: is the mitzva placing the tfillin on the arm & the head, or tightening the tfillin on the arm and the head? Should the beracha be recited before the placing or before the tightening? What are the laws pertaining to Shemiras Kedushas tfillin? Does one recite a beracha upon removing his tfillin? Should a child be donning tfillin? May one continue wearing tfillin into the night? Past שקיעה or צאת?
