Rav Nosson continues to speak about the path to eretz yisrael and a conquering of the land. Through Succos, and Shimini Atzeres and Rosh Hashanah, we see this inyan play out. On Rosh Hashanah, a time where everyone does Teshuva, even the Tzaddik, we must go and connect to the Tzaddik in order to tap into this present from Hashem that gives us life in times of simplicity.
