Description

In Shulchan Orach it states that after prayer, one should go to work because all Torah without work is nullified. However, his work should be temporary compared to his learning be his main focus. Rebbe Nosson says on this that when one works, he is not involved in Torah and is now in a state of 'a simpleton'. During this time, he connects to the Tzaddik which in turn is him making his work into 'Derech L'Eretz Yisrael'. When these two are separate, that is the non-Jews attacking us saying that we stole their land. Every moment a Jew spends at work, he has the ability to conquer a piece of Eretz Yisrael by way of acting in holiness.
