In this, our first shiur on פרק כל הבשר, we will analyze the question of Tos' re: various Halachik Chiddushim that were left out of this mishna but recorded by the Tosefta. For example, the chiddush that the prohibition of cooking meat in milk appies even to מוקדשים, and one who takes the meat of a korban and cooks it in milk violates the DeOraisa of Bishul Basar B'Chalav. Or for example the Chiddush that Issur BaSar B'Chalav applies even in Chutz LaAretz. We will also raise the issue of what does the Torah include in גדי, is it all בהמות חיות ועופות? What about fish? What is בשר as far as the Issur DeOraisa of Bishul? We will establish a connection between the Issuim of בישול ואכילה based on Chulin 114a when one cooks Chalev with Chalav.
