Description

For our daily Bein HaZemanim shiur, and as we approach the month of Ellul, we will study Mishnayot Masechet Rosh Hashana, Perek Gimel, the case of hearing the shofar that was blown in a sub-terrain pit or the case of one who passes by the outside of a synagogue and hears the shofar being blown inside. We will speak about the shofar blower as a "Shaliach Tzibbur" (shatz) and the general requirement of Kavana regarding the Shatz.
