Description

In this shiur for Parshat Pinchas we will discuss the Torah's testimony regarding the uniqueness of the families of Israel, each of which inherits its portion in the Land of Israel. We will study Rashi's comment regarding the addition of the letters "ה" and "יוד" to the names of the families of Israel & why these letters are significant and in which sequence. We will learn about the Jewish woman & Tzniut (Modesty) and how this attribute guarantees the purity of Jewish lineage & brings about eh Redemption of Israel. Finally, Moshe witnesses the death of Aaron, מיתת נשיקה, and desires such a death; yet, does Moshe Pray for death? Or does he beseach Hashem to live & fulfill the Mitzvot HaTeluyot B'Eretz Yisrael?
