Description

What do we blow outside the Beit HaMikdash on a ta'anit? Chatzotzrot or Shofarot? In the Mikdash on an Et Tzarah with the treat of an impending life-threatening situation, the mitzva requires the blowing of chatzotzros. What about outside the Mikdash? There seems to be a contradiction in this regard between two sugyot.
