Description

On the night of the Seder, the head of the household wears a Kittel, just like on Yom Kippur. What is this meant to signal to us about the loftiness of Seder night? In what ways are Pesach and Yom Kippur the same and in what ways are they different? We use these questions as a gateway to explore the holiness of Seder night - a night where we are born and a nation and where each individual is born anew. (Chelek Bet, Pesach, Ma'amar 6: Godel Kedushas Leil HaSeder, pp. 245-247)
