Does the principle of שומע כעונה apply to half a Beracha? The case is a young man who recently celebrated his 13th birthday and can recite kiddush on behalf of someone who is obligated MiDerabanan but not on behalf of a woman who is obligated MiDeoraita. Does this principle apply to the mitzva of Sefirat HaOmer?
