Description

Can a Beracha recited over one Sefer Torah be effective for a Krias HaTorah from a 2nd Sefer, in a case where the 1st Sefer was discovered to be Pasul? If so, then can the Beracha recited over one Talis be meaningful for a 2nd Talis when the 1st turned out to be Pesula? The same q' can be asked re: Tefillin or shofar. In the latter part of this shiur we will discuss the case of one who recited a Beracha on Succa A and decides to complete his meal in Succa B. Need he recite a 2nd Beracha over the 2nd Succa? Can we decide this last q' based on the fact that he need not recite a Birchas HaNehenin on the 2nd half of his meal? Perhaps Birchas HaMitzva is on the 1st act of Yeshiva but not on the 2nd. We will study the insight of the Kaf HaChaim.
