In this essay, the Pachad Yitzchok analyzes the difference between the miracles of Mitzrayim and those of Persia at the time of Mordechai and Esther. The thesis is that the mandate "Tzipisa LeYeshua" meaning "long & await the salvation and redemption" takes on a unique meaning with regard to the salvation of Purim. How does the Kiyum HaMitzvot of Hashem correspond to our Kiyum HaMitzvot? Our Mitzvot divide into two distinct categories: objective well-defined requirements; and 'Divrei Reshus' i.e. activities which in and of themselves are not required or mandated but may become Mitzva actions sometime down the line.
