Description

For Parshat Bo we will study the mitzva of Tefillin & its meaning. Why do we wear two types of Tefillin, shel Yad and shel Rosh? Why does shel Yad come first? What intention should one have when he wears tefillin? What is the source of thought and wisdom? What are the respective roles of the heart and the mind? We will study the insights of the Ramban, Rashba & Rabenu Bechai to the relationship between tefillin and the fundamentals of our Faith, and the need for a daily reminder of the miracles of the redemption from Mitzrayim. What is the connection between Tefillin and Torah?
