Mitzvah to gather at a grave on the yahrzeit (memorial) of a tzaddik. Show honor to our deceased parents and grandparents. Extremely dangerous for men and women to congregate in a cemetery. Tzaddikim are more powerful to help Jews when they leave this world. We can speak directly to the tzaddik to intercede for us in front of Hashem
