Description

Based on a Torah in the sefer Tallelei Chaim (Vayikra) by Rav Chaim Cohen (the Chelban) - part 2 Freedom is internal and depends on a living, breathing and healthy emunah (faith). If chometz (leavened) is such a terrible thing, then why is it permitted immediately after Pesach? Matzah is the medicine for faith - every bite strengthens it. If we have matzah, the chometz won't hurt us. If a person's neshamah (soul) is vibrant, healthy and alive, he has the required antibodies to deal with the world. The highest light of keser (crown [ the highest expression of Hashem's will]) lasts all the way down into malchus (kingship). Emunah (faith) and cheirus (freedom) are intimately bound to one another. If we truly KNOW that there is a G-d, then why do we act in certain ways which contradict Torah? *** Standling on the Pizza line like a golem (mute) immediately after Pesach is like going right back into slavery. *** Eating matzah in a state of emunah returns a person's neshamah to its source.
