Description

Page 195. We don't need to be different to attract attention, rather to reveal the true self. Who am I, what are my personal characteristics, where is the boundary between "me" and outside influences? Experiencing the sweetness of mitzvos in THIS world. Habit is just an external cause for action - but to feel "u'leyishrei lev simchah" (and for the straight of heart there will be joy) we need to accustom ourselves to contemplate why we do things (and so many of them are wonderful, good deeds). Let's think deeply about those things we go through in life. Had I only thought about it before I ..... Contemplating our actions, understanding their cause, and becoming a thinking person.
