Description

Based on the writings of Rav Chaim Cohen, the Chalban, Tallelei Chaim, Sefer Bereishis, P. 534. The root of bitachon (faith) is a certain mindset. The only component of existence that always has been, is and always will be, and MUST be, is Hashem. Impressing a stranger vs. impressing Hashem. Relying on things that don't necessarily have to be or will continue to be. If an adam gadol (great person) walks into the room, we feel small and humbled in his presence; why do we not feel the same way knowing that Hashem is in the room with us at all times? To be a Jew means to inlcude yourself in G-dliness. Becoming invisible in the presence of greatness. What is pure bitachon?
