Description

Page 111. The root of all our middos (personality characteristics) revolve around the quality of temmius (simplicity). Hashem gave us the "koach of pilpul" (ability for sharp analysis) to use in learning Torah but not in interactions with people. Lack of pashtus (simplicity) makes "living" overly complicated. Symptom of a person not living with timmius is surfing on-line to purchase something not that much cheaper. Dangerous to lie for the purpose of "shalom."
