Last moments before Redemption become very rushed. Everyone of us can actually find "one hour" a day to do hisbonnenus (meditate). We have to beg Hashem to help us to speak with Him. A beautiful conversation with the Creator is suggested as a model by the author. The greater we are the more we feel we cannot do anything. True humility is being honest. Rebbi Nachman was not concerned about "public relations". Hashem is Infinte and can help us to accomplish anything if we are mesirus nefesh (self-sacrifice).
