Description

Basics of how to develop a connection with the Creator in our daily life. Must find a silent place to get out of the flood of life and connect with G-d. Through hisbonenus (deep concentration) we are able to leave a "way of life" that is always a "state of emergency". Constantly rushing shows that we have lost the ikkar nishmas haChaim (main soul of life). We eat for the purpose of living and we are living in order to serve our Creator. Living a life of davening (praying) is possible by joining our moments with Hashem together through hisbonenus. Thinking, saying a few words before doing any action stops the mad rush of life.
