Seeking Hashem by breaking the hold of Olam Hazeh (this world) so we can think of the real reason we are here which is to be an eved (servan) of Hashem. Ashlag teaches that life is not to seek pleasure in physical objects but should be a life of kindness and truth. We must beg Hashem not to be buried in self-centeredness. We do not want a "life" where we were imprisoned in the cycle of comfort and only thinking of me and myself. People who expect something are never happy.
