Every waking moment of the day draws its life from "one hour" of hisbonenus (meditation) which is our "home base" in time. "One hour" a day is guaranteed Gan Eden (paradise) - free of charge. Our life depends on at least trying "one hour." It is not a "vort" to say that we can live a regular life based on kirvus Hashem (attachment to God) if we do "one hour" of hisbonenus every day.
