Kinah (envy), teivah (desire) and kavod (honor) distract us from the real world of kirvus Hashem. If I think about what my purpose in this world is and why I was created, then it will bring me closer to Hashem. In the one hour hisbodadus (meditation) ask Hashem to help come closer to Him. Help me that I should want to feel the truth. When I can't talk anymore say some Tehillim (psalms) or give Tzedakah (charity) until the specific amount of time is completed.
