Description

Anger in life situations and people, both stem from a lack of emunah (faith). We must realize that Hashem loves us and knows what’s best for us, and therefore every act that He does is out of love and is only what’s best for us. We have to realize that Hashem causes everything, that He loves us and that He does what is best for us in the best way. There’s no reason to be angry. The way to internalize this emunah is only through repeating over and over out loud the belief that we know Hashem causes everything. We can ask Hashem to help us feel our lack of emunah.
