Description

The whole point in this sefer is to develop a close relationship with Hashem. In order to internalize and constantly think that Hashem really controls everything we must think about it as much as possible. We should also verbalize these ideas by speaking to Hashem and saying "You are the one who decides everything". Speaking to Hashem shows a close relationship with Him. Because we have so many choices to make we actually feel like we are in control and we forget that Hashem is really in control. The more we verbalize emunah (faith) the more emunah will internalized in us.
