Description

The heart just wants to have a simple feeling of that Hashem is our father unlike the mind which is always making things complicated. We should spend a half hour a day strengthening this simple emunah that God created everything. We should first think about how everything outside ourselves is created by Hashem progressing until we think about how Hashem created us. Every half hour we should remind ourselves that Hashem created us. If we work on this properly we will begin to hear everything we see screaming "I am created by Hashem". If we really would hear this all the time, it would be impossible to speak lashon hara or talk during davening or do any other aveiros (sins) .We also wouldn’t get angry at other people because we would live with the idea that Hashem is in charge and we have no reason to get angry.
