Description

A person who is far removed from Torah and does Teshuvah brings great honor to Hashem. After doing Teshuvah, the person has a long way to go to become holy. He will need to exert great effort to remove his "soiled clothes" (i.e. his sins from the past.) On Shabbosim Hashem will wash away the  filth of the 6 days of the week. We will wear be able to wear our "Bigdei Shabbos" and experience genuine "Menucha"
