Description

P. 113. Sometimes when a person becomes upset only because he didn't eat, drink, or sleep enough, and it is better to stay away from that person until they take care of their needs. When a person is meshubad (under the control) to someone else or to his basic needs, he is in galus (exile). Hashem designed the world in such away that everybody is under the control of something outside of him. It is difficult to find a place inside to find yishuv hadaas (settledness of mind) to speak to Hashem, especially in today's world. There is also a galus within a person, where he makes his own goals and requirements, which can actually lead him to forget the tachlis (ultimate purpose) of life.
