The Rasha (evil person) makes money, but nothing comes from it. A tzaddik (righteous person) isn't interested in how food tastes, only in how it makes his soul feel. A Rasha is only interested in the taste of food. Story of Alter Rebbe with "the thick portion of the soup". The Berditchever never sinned with his mouth.
