The miracle of Purim corresponds to the revelation of Hashem at the end of days. There will be no more spiritual falls by way of the yetzer hara (evil inclination) at the End of Days. Purim will not be annulled in the future because it gives us a preview of the fall of the yetzer hara at the End of Days.
