Description

The 'top of the golden scepter' is the meeting point of the infinite life giving force of the Creator with this world. The 'touching of the scepter' means engaging in hisbonenus (deeply contemplating) about Hashem's presence, generating a fiery love of Him. We can only appreciate Hashem's greatness once we understand His humility. The Infinite Light of G-d can only be glimpsed by the hearts and minds of the Jewish People.
