Description

A Jew can connect to Hashem Himself. The silent scream of the shofar arouses the King of Yisrael from His holy place. There is no King without a kingdom. The Bris (covenant) was necessary to cross over the infinite chasm between the Creator and His nation. Bris of the Jewish People and the Creator extends beyond all sechel (reason). A gentile becoming a convert is beyond all reason and logic. Shofar is the scream across the wide empty space.
