Description

The Rebbe proposed creating only small groups. The chevraya (group) is only for learning and serving G-d, not for political purposes. The success of the group will be seen as it strengthens the greater Jewish community. There are no offices or positions in the group. People who are seeking kavod (honor) should not be allowed into the group. The members of the group should support and encourage each other. One wrong member could destroy the whole group.
