Description

Only very great people can sustain hislahavus (enthusiasm) during davening. By consistently putting koach (energy) and concentration into davening, hislahavus will come on its own. Analyze our davening honestly outside davening, not during. If we committed a sin, don’t just be sad, do teshuvah. Hashem is always forgiving. A major part of our avodas Hashem nowadays is to just show up on time and say the words. Being late on Yamim Nora'im (the High Holy Days) is incomprehensible. Every word of davening is chipping away at our hearts until we finally feel something.
