Description
This shiur for Makot 14a will serve as an introduction to the third opinion, namely that of Rebby Yitzchok according to whom there is no Malkot for Chayvei Krisus. We will also analyze the earlier sugya, the suggestion that a shogeg in the case of Milah will bring a korban chatas. At what point does the Arel violate a chiyuv kares? We will analyze the qustion of Tos' why does the Torah need an 'azhara' in each of the chayvei krisus since acc to R' Yitzchok there is no Malkot and Kares needs no 'azhara'. Finally we will introduce the concept of a 'Mechalek' which engenders multiple korbanos in the cases of multiple violations of Arayot.
