Is Teshuva a mitzva unto itself, or Tshuva no more than an option? In this shiur we will prove that Teshuva is an obligation even according to the Rambam. What are the elements of Teshuva & how are these elements reflected in viduy. Why is the viduy of Yom Kippur different than the general viduy of Teshuva? What is the relationship between the viduy od Yom Kippur and the viduy of the Kohen Gadol?
