Description

In this shiur for Parshat VeZot HaBeracha, we will study a unit of three verses which, according to the Ramban, for the introduction to the Parsha and explain why the nation of Israel deserves the Brachot. In these verses we find two "Kabalot" which the nation accepted upon itself: Kabalat Ol Malchut Shamayim & Kabbalat HaTorah. These two form a unit which establishes the essence of the People as a unique nation. Both require Klal Yisrael as "Agudah Achat', Yachad, & both are bequeathed to all generations, but why does the Torah emphasize the "Yachad" with regard to Ol Malchus, and the generations with regard to Torah (under the words Morasha Kehilot Yaakov")? The goal of this shiur is to answer these questions and appreciate our People.
