In this shiur on Muktzah wewill analyze the opinion of Rebby Shimon with regard to the lit candle, i.e. muktzah Machmat Issur in the cases of a regular Ner Zuta, and a Ner that is Kos, Kaara & Ashishius; in the latter case Rebby Shimon seems to accept Migu. Based on the insights of the Rav za"l, we will suggest an understanding of Rebby Shimon in the case of Muktzah Machmas Chisoron Kis. We will analyze the machloket between Rebby Shimon & Rebby Yehudah, and see how this impacts upon the issue of the effectiveness of Tnai, i.e. an explicit condition.
