Can a Kinyan DeRabanan, the HaKna'ah of a Katan She'higia l'peutos, effectuate ownership that is valid by Torah Law? We will try to answer this question by sub-dividing Kinyanim DeRabanan into two distinct categories. We will address the question of acquiring a Lulav with Hagba'ha without payment which, according to R' Yochanan, is only a Kinyan DeRabanan. Would a Kinyan Yad be DeOraita derived from Get Isha? If so, does the Get need to be folded so that it fits into her Yad? What about the Lulav which cannot fit into a hand? Need a woman acquire her Get or simply receive it? Should Yad be equated with Chatzer? Would an object acquired with a Kinyan DeRabanan, eg HaGbaha without Damim, given for Kiddushin, generate Ishus shel Torah?
