Description
We will begin our study of the principle of shlichut in Halacha and our goal is to move towards a definition of Shlucho shel Adam KeMoto and how it operates. The baseic questions we will address in this shiur are: can a shliach operate against the will of the MeShaleach? And is the shlich working with his own "power" to effectuate the Chalos, or is he merely implementing the act but the "power" to generate the chalos remains in the hands of the Meshale'ach that sent him? At the end of the shiur we will introduce a new classification of two categories of shlichut, a chidush presented by HaRav Shimon Shkop.
