Description

Chapter 15, page 37. At the end of time, it is as if we are pressuring God to redeem us. We are unworthy and pathetic that Hashem's hand is forced to redeem us without reason. This is the pure will of God, he acts outside of human reason. Redemption occurs at the place where the will of man and the will of God are both pure. Unlike the exodus from Egypt, the final redemption requires some movement from below. The revelation that this movement is really an expression of Divine movement up above, is the moment of redemption. God and the Jewish people court each other in hidden ways. The movements of both make up the sacred dance of redemption.
