Methodology of Psak Halacha (Yeshivat Har Etzion): This shiur analyzes the nature of the dispensation based on kavod habriyot and its parameters. It touches on some common Shabbat issues, as well as some basic critiques of some approaches towards partnership minyanim. This is the ninth shiur in the series.
