Description

A Dvar Torah in honor of the Hachnasat Sefer Torah, the sefer of the town of Bilsk, a Jewish community that was decimated by the Nazis. The Sefer was half burned; the remaining half was redeemed and re-written by a Sofer who was commissioned by mishpachat Lowell and dedicated to the Zayit Raanan synagogue in Efrat.
