What level of בעלות or רשות is needed in order to be מקדיש or מקנה an object? What can undermine בעלות? Is ownership defined by legal rights or by possession in halakha? Are there distinctions between הקנאה, הפקר, הקדש, תרומה, חילול קדושה etc? Is the problem in the מעשה הקדש or the חלות הקדש? What is the nature of קנין גזילה?
