One of the beautiful mitzvot of Sefer Bamidbar is that of Birchat Kohanim found in Parshat Naso. In this shiur we will attempt to understand the concept of Ayin Tova as a prerequisite for the giving of a bracha, and to thereby connect Parshat Naso with the controversy of Korach against Kehunah. We will study the commentaries on two of the Mishnayot in Avot in order to define the attribute of Ayin Tova as the root of all good & as exemplified by Avraham Avinu. This will teach us not only about the Kohanim and their love for the people, but more importantly about the love and "nedivut" that we all must acquire for our fellow Jew in our endeavor to give beyond ourselves for their benefit.
