      Dear Rabbi Jachter In the principle called Tachuv- is it enough if the telephone wire connects to a peg which is stuck in the pole (and does not go through it) or does the wire have to go through (logically it seems to me that it wouldn't have to, but I want to make sure)? Also, in the shiur the rav mentioned that the rav wrote articles on eruvin. Can the rav send them to me?
