      <p>1. The situation is much more serious than ordinary blockbusting. They are being financed by Arab countries to buy Eretz Yisrael out from under us. Chief Rabbi Herzog added in his pesak that in such a situation the government would be obligated to take emergency measures. In fact, until a recent Supreme Court decision against it the Jewish National Fund by-laws forbade selling or renting to non-Jews. The other nations said nothing about this provision.</p> <p>2.
